Just Thinkin

There has been so much going on in my life lately... Rob and I just celebrated our 7 year anniversary (WOOT WOOT), and we had a great time in Chicagoland. I was reflecting back over the 7 years and realized we've actually been through a lot. good and bad. We've been through a battle with depression (the first couple years of my transition from Cedar Rapids to Des Moines were tough). The birth of our oldest daughter Kaylie, and a bout with severe post partum depression with psychosis. The passing of my Dad. The near death and severe brain injury to my nephew Caleb (who is just 6 months older than Kaylie). Going through a surgery for Rob's mother who had uterine cancer. The birth of our second child Jennah... wow, quite a whirlwind. I think if we can survive all that and still be Praising God for His Goodness... because He is SO GOOD and He is the ONLY reason we've come through this all with our marriage still in tact... we should be able to make it through til we break on through to the other side!
