This is an interesting article. I think it's cool that places are starting to offer more choices, however education is key. If the staff isn't fully educated, or if they don't take it seriously people can become very sick. I have eaten at the pizza ranch once, and I did get sick. However, I have learned that I am more sensitive than most. If your looking for a pizza place the pizza is very yummy so if your not as sensitive as I am... enjoy :)

There is a pizza place by me called Red Brick Pizza and it offers gourmet gf pizza. Can't wait to try it.
