Drink for thought....

What will you be drinking with your thanksgiving dinner?  Or, what do you drink?  I just wanted to throw out some random facts on soda.  Would you ever sit down and eat 15 teaspoons of sugar? how about 19? well every time you drink a soda that is what you are doing.  I got my nutritional facts from the manufacturers websites....

We don't do pop, either. Some of the juice drinks aren't much better. You and I probably shop and eat very similar, even though I don't have celiac disease.

I love Monster. It is my shameful delight on occasion. That is 56 grams of sugar for 16 ounces...
